Refund Policy

All of our products (tattoo stencil PDFs and wall art prints) are digital files delivered instantly after payment. Because the file is available to you as soon as checkout completes, we generally do not offer refunds once a download has been provided.

When we will help

If your file is corrupted, fails to open, or your artwork failed to generate correctly, contact us and we will re-generate the file or issue a refund — whichever you prefer.

Before you buy

The free preview on the result page shows the exact kanji, reading, and meanings that will appear in your purchased file. If you have any questions about a design before purchasing, reach out first — we're happy to help you decide.
